Fathers

I feel so lucky to have such incredible men in my life.  And, being Fathers Day I wanted to tell them Thank you for all they have done for me.

This is my Dad.  He is amazing.  I remember being a little girl and feeling so safe and loved when I was around him.  He is such a patient person, kind and willing to help anyone who needs it as soon as he can.  One thing I really admire about him is that he is never quick to judge or talk bad about anyone.  I really do look up to him so much and appreciate all he has done for me and now for my kids.  They love having such a fun "papa".  Here he is holding Brett right after he was born.

I have also been blessed to have such a great father in law.  He was so kind to me right from the beginning.  The first time I met Mike's family I was so scared and nervous.  I really wanted them to like me since I was falling in love with their son!  Ken put me right to ease with his humor and kindness.  He is also so loving and always sees the best in everyone.  He is also a great Grandpa.

And then there is Mike. I don't know what I did to deserve such a great guy. He really does make life fun and I am so thankful I get to spend my life with him. He is such an amazing dad and the kids love him so much. He makes me smile everyday and has always made me and the kids feel so loved.  In this picture we are in front of the San Diego Temple.  I am also so thankful for the gospel, and for the fact that we can be a forever family.
