Christmas

The kids had such a fun Christmas morning.  I love watching their faces as the open their presents, it was a really fun day.

When I was little my mom made me a Raggedy Ann Doll with a music box inside.  I loved it so much and I have always wanted to make one for my kids.  So, for the last gift of Christmas I gave them the Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy dolls.  They were a lot of work, but I loved how they turned out!

Christmas party and Christmas Eve

We made some Sugar Cookies for Santa at my moms house, always so fun to hang out with cousins.

We make Prime Rib for our Christmas Eve dinner.  It was delicious as always.  Funeral potatoes, homemade rolls and of course Jell-O!

 Christmas Jammies for Christmas Eve.

The kids practiced and put on a whole production this year.  It was pretty impressive!
Cookies for Santa.

Temple Square

We went to Temple Square with Mikes parents, his brother Scott and his wife Sheri.  It was a cold night, but so glad we were able to see the beautiful lights.  Afterward we went to Leatherby's!  Only crazy Utahns would walk around in the freezing cold on a December night and then go and get some ice cream, lol.

Decorating the Christmas Tree

I love Christmas time and always finding the "perfect tree" this year I think we found a great one.  I love all the ornaments on our tree.  Some are the ones I made for our first Christmas, some are from when Mike and I were little and some are ornaments the kids have made.  I wouldn't want my tree to look any different, I love looking at each and every ornament and having a memory attached to it.

Utah Football season 2012

We love Football season at our house, especially U of U football!  Here are some fun pictures we took of the 2012 season.  Lots of fun, friends and wins!

Halloween

We had a fun party at my parents house, everyone dressed up including the adults!  I was an 80's aerobics instructor.  So fun!  Wish I would have taken more pictures of everyone.

Carving pumpkins, everyone dived right in this year.  They still needed some help from Dad to get all of the "goo" but the kids did pretty good!

Savannah was Rapunzel, of course.  She makes an adorable one.  She just wishes I would have thought harder on our name choices when we decided to name her Savannah.  She really wishes we would have chosen Rapunzel.  Some how I think she will thank me in the future for not naming her Rapunzel :)
Emily was Snow White, her favorite Disney Princess.  She looked so cute.
Liam was a little Pirate!  Such a cute one!

Brett a knight in shining armor.  We had a great Halloween!  Lots of candy!  It was such a great night to walk around, I can't remember the last time a Halloween night was so warm!
